It's no easy mastering up some courage and chutzpah to take the first step. We get our hands dirty and make ourselves vulnerable all in the hope of getting lucky in the matters of the heart.
It's pretty scary trying to finally throw caution to the wind and approaching the one who tugs at our heartstrings or finally filling that application whose positive result will change your life for the better.
More times than not we are faced with the reality that not everyone will like us and not everyone will warm up to our advances. Not every application or endeavour will be met with success .In the moments when we are down in the dumps we need to remember that rejection is not always a bad thing in the long run.
I totally agree no one likes feeling rejecting and the thought that someone does not find us appealing does leave one a little deflated.
We could mope and accept defeat or be motivated to get our horses, giddy up and get to work. A part of us wants to show that person that rejected us that we are a prize worth having and they erred in rejecting us. In that lies the greatness of rejection.
Some of those polished diamonds are so result of someone throwing those "rocks" to the curb and being exposed to some brutal cutting. That shinning piece of gold has been through temperatures that mimic the fiery pit which is home to the horned one!
Before you cry foul, thank that rejection because it can be a tool used to shape you!
"That rejection did you a favour. Had I not rejected you wouldn't have built yourself into the success I see before my eyes"
