I am on my 3rd week of a 8 week base training. My shins are raw but I am high in spirits. Running is one of the most brutal sports especially for amateurs like myself, I don't run for a living but as a way to clear my head and shed a few kilos. I'll be doing the 10km possibly the 21km run with the Team Noeleen 3 Talk!!! I am looking forward to it but a bit worried about the outcome. Reconditioning my body is proving to be a painful but fulfilling process. The message I got from a dear friend of mine was never give up and keeping!
Things you'll need to start running
1. A Good Pair of Running trainers
2. Warm winter gear
3. A towel
4. Grit
