Day 4 is worse than day 1 for some weird reason! I just feel more tempted to have junk today. I had to get on the scale to get some motivation why I shouldn't have any McDees! 2.7kg lost compared to day 1 is enough reason to stay away from those Goldern Arches!! It's exceed my weekly target of 2kg per week!!! Eating healthy forces me to be creative with my vegetable and fruit combinations with Fish. Going home this afternoon armed with my cooler bag filled with veggies and lentils! Wish me luck!!!
